1. WHAT IS CWID ABOUT

What is CWID about:
CWID, Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration, is the Chairman’s annual event that enables Coalition and American forces, civil authorities and the international community to investigate C4ISR solutions that focus on relevant and timely objectives for enhancing coalition interoperability and exploring new partnerships. 
IT5.52
AMITA  will deploy its Canadian developed  technology,  locate its  technology in Shirley’s Bay as a server location only, with confirmed operator usage in Colorado, San Diego and Dahlgren.  Operators will use HLS Black network, and the software/server will be plugged into the Government of Canada site.  IT5.52 will then be accessible by the operators through their web browsers and will be able to share information horizontally between military, civilian units and “restricted view” NGO organizations.
CWID Objective 5 Net Centric Entreprise is the primary, while supporting Integrated Logistics is the secondary focus.  For a more detailed mapping of the capabilities, view the cross reference chart to become familiar with the features and capabilities IT5.52 will execute.

Assessment Working Group
MSELS – total 49.   Completing the identification of linked MSELS with all role players will be finalized completing the creation of MSELs.
MSELS have been reviewed through MPC by AWG in the US.  AMITA can draw upon MSEL expertise in Ottawa should it be required.   AMITA will see AWG again at FPC.
