installation and customization support
AMITA provides full installation and initial deployment services for socius.

Customization to the system can be carried out by AMITA through our consultation and managed service offerings. Consultation can occur through initial discussion on desired changes or new features to capture a preliminary sense for the scale of complexity of what is being asked for. Each item or feature to be added or changed will be discussed with the client and then assessed for a level of complexity. Under a Managed Services engagement, AMITA will provide the project management services and the development services to ensure the functionality is built according to specifications. The new functionality is properly tested, and then packaged and released to the client. In some cases AMITA can provide guidance about how the required functionality will be more robust which might be valuable for a range of situations.

user support
AMITA provides full training and user support to our customers. AMITA's training techniques are fully flexible to a customer's requirements.

AMITA will perform a technical walkthrough of the socius installation process, operations guide and show the technical staff how to administer the socius system.

After installation AMITA can provide second line on-call support for the client.

maintenance support
AMITA supports its customers long after the product is delivered. Even if you are running a customized solution, AMITA can provide down stream application support services for your version of socius provided that your version was solely developed by AMITA or your version has been brought under AMITA's configuration management program. If you wish to continue to have 7*24*365 support after deployment, you can engage AMITA’s consulting services to meet your goals.
